Cindy Perrio: Paralegal

Cindy Perrio is the paralegal to Gary D. Sarles. Ms. Perrio assists Mr. Sarles in the nonsubscription area of the practice. Her responsibilities include interfacing with nonsubscribers to gather necessary information for and the preparation of the initial drafts of their ERISA Plans, Summary Plan Descriptions and all ancillary documents. She can also assist nonsubscribers in the presentation and rollout of the ERISA Plan to their employees. Ms. Perrio is also available to clients who have general questions relating to the daily administration of their ERISA Plans, including answering questions, assisting with the drafting of denial letters and the preparation of the required annual Internal Revenue Service Form 5500 for Plans with one hundred or more participants.

After attending Lamar University and Sam Houston State University, Ms. Perrio has spent over 25 years working in corporate, real estate and transactional areas. Ms. Perrio has worked in both large and small firm settings, representing both corporate and individual clients.
